INDEPENDENT TESTING LABORATORY. When required by the scope of the Project, Owner will select an independent testing laboratory to conduct all required tests and inspections, and, except as specifically provided otherwise in the Contract Documents, pay for all associated costs. Selection of the materials required to be tested shall be made by the laboratory or Owner and not by Contractor.
