Common use of Indigenous Groups Clause in Contracts

Indigenous Groups. Except as otherwise described in the Registration Statement, Prospectuses and Disclosure Package, no dispute between the Company or any Subsidiary and any local, native or indigenous group exists or is imminent, or to the knowledge of the Company, threatened, with respect to the Company’s mineral projects that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
