Indirect Purchases. This Section 6 (Fees and Payment) only applies to Software licenses that you purchase directly from SDSA. If you purchase any Software licenses through an authorized SDSA reseller, all fees, payment terms, and delivery terms will be as agreed between you and the applicable reseller.
