Individual Customer Contracts. If the underlying services in an individual customer contract are contained in CBT’s tariff, MCIm may purchase those services only at the wholesale discount off the tariffed price. Customer contracts will be available for resale at the contract rate with no discount applied if the underlying services are not contained in CBT’s tariff.
