Common use of INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT Clause in Contracts

INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT. An Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be reviewed and updated annually and discussed in conjunction with performance evaluation discussions. The Employer will assist the supervisor and the employee in the development of the IDP, upon request, and will provide access to appropriate sources of formal training (e.g., web sites, catalogs). Upon assignment to a new position, IDPs should be discussed in conjunction with the development of the new performance plan.
