Common use of Individual Ownership and Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Individual Ownership and Responsibility. Except as otherwise explicitly provided in this Contract, each Party shall at all times hold and own its respective properties. Each Party shall be solely authorized to supervise, direct, and manage its own activities and the activities of its respective employees and agents. Each Party shall retain sole responsibility and liability for its own acts and omissions hereunder and for the acts and omissions of its respective employees and agents hereunder. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to supersede, replace, impair or limit any collective bargaining agreement between POLK CITY and any bargaining unit now existing or hereafter arising.
