Individual Rules. Nothing in the above paragraphs shall be construed in such a manner that would prevent the Company and the Local Union(s) from meeting and mutually agreeing to rules governing a broker operation other than those outlined above. However, if there is not mutual agreement, the rules set out herein will apply. Section 33.10 The Company shall not operate any equipment in any manner in contravention of the Public Commercial Vehicles Act.
