INDUCEMENT RECAPTURE IN EVENT OF BREACH. Any agreement by Landlord for possession of the Premises without the payment or reduced payment of rent or other charges or for the giving or paying by Landlord to or for Tenant of any cash or other bonus, inducement, or consideration for Tenant’s entering into this Lease including, but not limited to tenant improvement allowances and abated rent, all of which concessions are hereinafter referred to as “Inducement Provisions,” are conditioned upon Tenant’s full and faithful performance of all of the terms, covenants, and conditions of this Lease to be performed or observed by Tenant during the term of this Lease.
