The Industry Guidance clause establishes that the parties will adhere to recognized standards, practices, or recommendations relevant to their industry. This may involve following guidelines issued by professional associations, regulatory bodies, or other authoritative sources to ensure compliance and best practices in their operations. By referencing industry guidance, the clause helps ensure that both parties maintain a consistent level of quality and safety, reducing ambiguity and potential disputes over acceptable conduct or performance.
Industry Guidance. The undersigned have carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Agreement, and understand that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract.
