This Service Contract does not cover personal property held in inventory, personal property held as Your stock in trade, or personal property bought for and/or used in a commercial setting. Devices either not registered with Us or approved for coverage by Us as outlined under Covered Device and When Coverage Begins, or devices not authorized or intended for sale in the United States by the device manufacturer are ineligible for coverage under this Service Contract.
