Ineligible Transactions Clause Samples

The 'Ineligible Transactions' clause defines specific types of transactions that are not permitted or do not qualify under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause lists activities or transactions that fall outside the scope of acceptable use, such as those involving prohibited goods, illegal activities, or transactions with sanctioned entities. By clearly outlining what is not allowed, the clause helps prevent misuse of the agreement and protects the parties from legal or regulatory risks associated with unauthorized or high-risk transactions.
