Common use of Inflammable substances Clause in Contracts

Inflammable substances. The Contractor must not, and must not permit any other person to use within, or store in, the Prison or on the Site any chemicals, acetylene, petrol, alcohol or any solid, liquid or gas of any flammable, volatile or explosive nature for any purpose except: (a) to the extent that item is necessary for the provision of the Contractor Services; or (b) if the State has given the State’s prior approval for the Contractor to use or store the item at the Prison or on the Site.
