Inflation. The Customer agrees that, in the event of an adjustment in the minimum wage being announced by the [country name] Government then that percentage (%) of increment shall be passed on the Customer’s invoice(s) by Securitas, effective on the same date that the increase takes effect. Securitas will make every effort to give advance notice of any rate adjustment to the Customer but this shall be dependent on when the Government publishes the law specifying such minimum wage increases and the legal date of effect.
