Common use of Informal Appearance Clause in Contracts

Informal Appearance. Any non-tenure teacher who has received such notice of non-employment and statement of reasons shall be entitled to an informal appearance before the Board provided a written request for an informal appearance is received in the office of the Secretary of the Board within ten (10) calendar days after receipt by the teacher of the statement of reasons.
