Common use of Informal Resolution Process Clause in Contracts

Informal Resolution Process. Prior to any investigation of the matter occurring, or at any other time mutually agreed to, the Employer and the Employee/Complainant, and if desired by the Complainant, a Union ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, may meet, or agree to conciliation, for the purpose of attempting to resolve the matter without resorting to the Formal Resolution Process. Where no resolution is obtained, the Complainant shall have the right to pursue formal resolution pursuant to this Article.
