INFORMAL REVIEW BY DIRECTOR. In the event that the grievance is not resolved at Step 5 of subparagraph C. herein, the grievant or his/her representative may, within 30 days after receipt of the decision of the Agency/Department Head made pursuant to subsection 15.C.5, request that the grievance be reviewed by the Director of Human Resource Services or his/her designated representative. The Director of Human Resource Services or his/her designated representative shall have twenty working days in which to review and seek adjustment of the grievance.
