Information about Shareholders. Institution shall provide to Federated, with respect to each Account, the following information, and any subsequent changes to such information, which Institution hereby certifies is, and shall remain, true and correct: (a) the full and complete name of the Shareholder for Internal Revenue Service information reporting; (b) the Shareholder's address; (c) the Shareholder's Taxpayer Identification Number or notice of foreign status and applicable backup or penalty withholding status; and (d) the state or country code of tax residence of the Shareholder (if different from address). Institution shall provide Federated with such information in writing or by electronic transmission and any other medium that Federated reasonably requests.
