Information About Your Devices. You authorize your wireless carrier to disclose information about your account such as subscriber status, payment method, and device details, if available, solely to support identity verification and fraud avoidance. Additionally, you authorize us to collect from other sources any information we may need about any electronic or computing device you use in connection with the Services (including, but not limited to, behavioral biometrics relating to your use of any such electronic or computing device) in each case to support identity verification, fraud avoidance, and other uses in support of transactions for the duration of your business relationship with us. This information may also be shared with other companies to support your transactions with us and for identity verification and fraud avoidance purposes. This information may also include location information, if available, and you may be required to enable location services in order to use certain Services. We also may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices (including, but not limited to, behavioral biometrics relating to your use of your devices) with our service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable Service or web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or web sites not provided by us.

  • Information Reporting We may report your performance under this Agreement to credit reporting agencies, including your failure to make minimum payments on time. A negative credit report may significantly harm your ability to obtain credit from other sources. We may also obtain follow-up credit reports on you (for example, when we review your Account for a credit line increase). We may exchange information about you or your Account with our affiliates, and, to the extent permitted by law, with other third parties. If we detect unusual or suspicious activity on your Account, we may temporarily suspend your credit privileges until we can verify the activity. We may approve purchases or cash advances that cause the balance to exceed your credit line without waiving any of our rights under the Agreement. Waiver. Our failure to exercise, or our delay in exercising any of our rights under this Agreement for any reason does not mean that we will be unable to exercise these rights later.
