Common use of Information and other things Clause in Contracts

Information and other things.  All Reports/Documents to be compiled, filed, discussed and handed over to the Employer on a weekly basis (the day in the week to be announced by Employer) and at the end of the service.  All PM’s to be signed off and handed back to the Eskom Section’s Supervisor on a daily basis  The Contractors safety file will be hand over to the Service Manager and will be saved for 40 Years after completion / termination of the contract.
