Common use of INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO UNITHOLDERS Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO UNITHOLDERS. Each Unitholder shall have the right to obtain, on demand and on payment of reasonable reproduction costs from the head office of the Fund, a copy of the Royalty Indenture, the Unanimous Shareholder Agreement, the Management Agreement, the Trust Indenture and the supplemental indenture, if any, relating to Units held by that Unitholder and shall be entitled to inspect, and, on payment of a reasonable fee thereof, obtain a list of the Unitholders for purposes connected with the Fund.
