Information Certificate. As of the Effective Date, the information contained in the Information Certificate is true, accurate and complete in all respects, and thereafter the Information Certificate, together with all other such information hereafter furnished by or on behalf of any Mission Entity to the Administrative Agent reflecting any changes or additions to the Information Certificate, shall be true, accurate and complete in all respects.
