Common use of Information from Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Information from Paying Agents. The Paying Agents shall make available to the Principal Paying Agent, the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent, and the Registrar as the case may be, such information as may reasonably be required for: 9.2.1 the maintenance of the records referred to in Clause 9.1 (Records); and 9.2.2 the Principal Paying Agent, or the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent or the Registrar to perform the duties set out in Schedule 1 (Duties under the Issuer- ICSDs Agreements).

Information from Paying Agents.
