Each Shareholder agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts promptly to provide the Directors with information about such Shareholder that the Directors reasonably request when necessary to comply with regulatory, legal, tax, AEOI or other requirements related to the business of the Company or the consummation, ownership, or disposal of a Subsidiary Investment.
