The statements set forth in the last paragraph on the cover page and in the fourth and seventh paragraphs under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Offering Memorandum, constitute the only information furnished by or on behalf of the Initial Purchaser as such information is referred to in Sections 5(b) and 6 hereof.
