Common use of INFORMATION FURNISHED TO THE ADVISOR Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION FURNISHED TO THE ADVISOR. (a) The Trustees shall, at all times, keep the Advisor fully informed with regard to the investment policy of the Trust, including any specific types of Mortgages or investments desired, the desired geographical areas of investments, and any criteria or conditions established by the Trustees as to whether the Trust will make a particular investment, the capitalization policy of the Trust (including the policy with regard to the incurrence of indebtedness by the Trust) and their intentions as to the future operations of the Trust. In particular, the Trustees shall notify the Advisor promptly of their intention to sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Trust's investments, to make any new investment, to incur any indebtedness or to issue any additional Shares in the Trust. (b) The Trust shall furnish the Advisor with a copy of all financial statements of the Trust, a signed copy of each report prepared by the independent certified public accountants, and such other information with regard to the Trust's affairs as the Advisor may from time to time reasonably request.
