Information in Posting. The notice of posting for bargaining unit positions shall include the accepted position description, start rate, job rate, and location of the vacancy. In the case of a new position, the notice shall contain the proposed position description. The posting shall indicate whether the position is included or excluded from the bargaining unit. In all its outside advertising, the Institute shall indicate that a bargaining unit position is a “Union position”.
