INFORMATION OF THIRD PARTIES. 11.1 The Executive hereby acknowledges that the Company has received and may continue to receive from third parties confidential or proprietary information. The Executive agrees to keep in strict confidence all of such confidential or proprietary information in his/her possession and to refrain from using or disclosing to any individual, entity or company such confidential or proprietary information, except that such use or disclosure is in compliance with the agreement between the Company and such third party and is necessary for the performance of relevant work on behalf of the Company.

This Section 8 shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
