The conditions and characteristics of the Services change regularly, and it is the Client's responsibility to pay attention to these changes, including prior to any new Order. When OVHcloud offers Services that comply with recognised standards or regulations applicable to certain activities, OVHcloud indicates the conditions under which it complies.
