Common use of Information Provided by Owner Clause in Contracts

Information Provided by Owner. The City of Fernandina Beach shall make available to the ENGINEER all technical data in the City of Fernandina Beach's possession, including previous studies, analytical data, maps, surveys, borings, and other information required by the ENGINEER. The City shall not be liable for the accuracy of information supplied to the ENGINEER; the ENGINEER shall verify the accuracy of supplied information.
