INFORMATION PROVIDED TO MEMBERS. Unless a Member's benefit is payable immediately under Section 5.07, the Sponsor shall provide each Member with a written explanation of the Member's right, if any, to defer receipt of the distribution. The written explanation shall be provided to a Member no less than 30 days and no more than 90 days before his Benefit Commencement Date unless he legally waives this requirement.
