Information Provided to Stockholders. The Company shall provide each Purchaser, for so long as that Purchaser holds Shares, with copies of all reports, proxy statements and other financial information the Company provides to its stockholders, including, without limitation, any information provided to any stockholder or group of stockholders by agreement.
