Information Provided to the Trust. The Sub-advisor will keep the Trust and Sierra Advisors informed of developments materially affecting the Trust, and will on its own initiative, furnish the Trust and Sierra Advisors on at least a quarterly basis with whatever information the Sub-advisor reasonably believes is appropriate for this purpose.
