Common use of Information Provided to the Trust Clause in Contracts

Information Provided to the Trust. The Sub-Advisor will keep the Trust and the Advisor informed of developments materially affecting the Trust, and will on its own initiative, furnish the Trust and the Advisor on at least a quarterly basis with whatever information the Sub-Advisor reasonably believes is appropriate for this purpose.
