Optic is not responsible for any information provided by you to third parties, and this information is not subject to the privacy provisions of this Agreement or the privacy notice for the Service(s). In addition you are responsible for controlling access to any OPTIC Equipment and any other device you use to access the Services ("Connected Device"). You assume all privacy, security, and other risks associated with providing any individual with access to a Connected Device or providing any information, including CPNI or personally identifiable information, to third parties via the Service(s).
