Information provision. 3.1 Student information will be provided to the Union by the University’s Registry Services via a secure electronic transfer facility using staff (“SOLE Facility”). The University will make available up-to-date information at the time of transfer and ensure the details of any students who opt out of the data sharing agreement in accordance with clause 13 are not included. 3.2 The types of Student Data which will be processed by the Union using the SOLE facility are as follows:
