Information Regarding Amounts Payable. The Issuing and Paying Agent shall, as soon as practicable after each record date for the payment of interest (other than interest payable at maturity) on any Note, but not later than five calendar days preceding the related interest payment date, notify the Bank of the interest to be paid on such Note on the related interest payment date. In addition, the Issuing and Paying Agent shall by the 15th day of each month furnish to the Bank a list showing for each Note issued by the Bank which matures in the next succeeding month the principal and interest payable at maturity on such Note.
