Information Regarding Foreign Subcustodians. Upon request of a Fund, the Custodian shall deliver, or cause the Domestic Subcustodian to deliver, to the Fund a letter or list stating: (i) the identity of each Foreign Subcustodian then acting on behalf of the Custodian; (ii) the Foreign Securities Depositories and Clearing Agencies in each foreign market through which each Foreign Subcustodian is then holding cash, securities and other Assets of the Fund; and (iii) such other information as may be requested by the Fund.
