Common use of Information Regarding Foreign Subcustodians Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding Foreign Subcustodians. Upon request of a Fund, Custodian shall deliver (or cause any Approved Foreign Custody Manager to deliver) to the Fund a letter or list stating: (1) the identity of each Foreign Subcustodian then acting on behalf of Custodian; (2) the Eligible Securities Depositories (as defined in Section 5(f)) in each foreign market through which each Foreign Subcustodian is then holding Assets; and (3) such other information as may be requested by the Fund to ensure compliance with rules and regulations under the 1940 Act.
