Common use of Information Regarding the Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Information Regarding the Borrowers. Any Lender may, in connection with any assignment or proposed assignment pursuant to this Section 13.01, disclose to the assignee or proposed assignee any information relating to the Borrowers or their Subsidiaries furnished to such Lender by the Administrative Agent or by or on behalf of the Borrowers; provided that, prior to any such disclosure, such assignee or proposed assignee shall agree (for the Borrowers' benefit) to preserve in accordance with Section 13.20 the confidentiality of any information described therein.

Any Lender may, in connection with any assignment or participation or proposed assignment or participation pursuant to this Section 13.0115.01, disclose to the assignee or participant or proposed assignee or participant, any information relating to the Borrowers Parent, any Borrower, or their any other Subsidiaries of Parent furnished to such Lender by the Administrative Agent or by or on behalf of the Borrowerssuch Person(s); provided that, prior to any such disclosure, such assignee or participant, or proposed assignee or participant, shall agree (for the Borrowers' benefit) to preserve in accordance with Section 13.20 15.20 the confidentiality of any confidential information described therein.
