Information Resources Sample Clauses

The Information Resources clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, access, and management of information systems, databases, and digital tools provided under an agreement. Typically, it outlines who may use these resources, under what conditions, and any restrictions or security measures that must be followed, such as prohibiting unauthorized access or requiring compliance with data protection policies. This clause serves to protect sensitive information, ensure proper use of technological assets, and mitigate risks related to data breaches or misuse of information resources.
