Common use of Information Right Clause in Contracts

Information Right. The Company and the Bank shall provide to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ notice of any and all Board meetings and, subject to the provisions and exclusions hereof (including, without limitation, the exclusions described in Section 1 hereof), a copy of the materials provided to all members of the Board and the committees thereof at the time such materials are provided to members of the Board and such committees, including without limitation, the minutes of all Board meetings and committee meetings (all of which information shall be subject to the confidentiality provisions set forth in Section 3 hereof).
