Common use of INFORMATION SECURITY REQUIREMENTS ADDENDUM Clause in Contracts

INFORMATION SECURITY REQUIREMENTS ADDENDUM. This information security requirements addendum (“ISR”) is entered between the Board and its Contractor or Consultant (“Consultant”) and is incorporated into the Agreement to which it is attached (the “Agreement”) as if set forth in full therein. Any capitalized terms not defined herein will have the meaning ascribed in the Agreement. Consultant will comply, and will ensure that its personnel and subcontractors comply, with the information security and privacy requirements set forth herein (collectively, the “Requirements”) at all times during the term of the Agreement, and thereafter until such time as all parties performing services are no longer in possession of or have access to Board Data (as defined below) or Board systems, consistent with Para. 2.5 below.
