Common use of Information Sharing and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Information Sharing and Confidentiality. With respect to the Services and arrangements set out in this scheme, the Parties agree to continue to be bound by the Greater Glasgow and ▇▇▇▇▇ Protocol for Sharing Information between East Dunbartonshire Council, East Renfrewshire Council, Glasgow City Council, Inverclyde Council, Renfrewshire Council, West Dunbartonshire Council and NHS Greater Glasgow and ▇▇▇▇▇, dated May 2013, which may be updated from time to time in line with statute, policy and best practice. This protocol contains the procedures that will be used to share information with respect to the Services.
