Common use of Information Storage Clause in Contracts

Information Storage. All information relating to the Account will be maintained or stored by us in such form and for such time by any means of such devices as are generally accepted in the banking industry or authorized by law, including paper, digital or electronic forms. You agree to our retention of such information in any such form as if the said information were in its original form. We may rely on our records as evidence of the state of Accounts between the parties for all purposes including litigation. We may use the services of any electronic data processing service bureau or organization in the performance of our services. We will not be liable to you for any act or omission of such service bureau or organization in the performance of our services. We are under no obligation to retain original documents, Instruments or vouchers other than those belonging to or entrusted to us by you for safekeeping.
