Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements. If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that any such products or services are compatible with the technology standards, including the assistive technology standard, all found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇/iot/2394.htm. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached. The Contractor specifically agrees that all hardware, software and services provided to or purchased by the FSSA Division of Family Resources will comply with the privacy and security standards enumerated in the current version of the Minimum Acceptable Risk Standards for Exchanges (MARS-E) promulgated by the US Department of Health and Human Services Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). CMS will publish future versions of MARS-E and the Contractor agrees, at its sole expense, to modify all hardware, software, and services provided under this agreement to be compliant with such future versions within the timeframe mandated by CMS.
