Common use of Information to Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Information to Certificateholders. On or before each Distribution Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ will make available the Class Factor (carried to eight decimal places) for each Class of Certificates, after giving effect to the distribution of the Principal Distribution Amount for that Class and any Guaranty Payments allocated to principal of that Class during the current calendar month. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mae will also furnish to each Person who was a Certificateholder at any time during a calendar year such statements and information as shall be required to be furnished by the Code.
