Common use of Information Update Clause in Contracts

Information Update. Each of the Credit Parties hereby agrees that it shall promptly (and in any event within ten Business Days) update Schedule 6.15, Schedule 6.19 and/or Schedule 6.22 upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the Required Lenders; provided, however, each of the Lenders hereby agrees that such update of Schedule 6.15, Schedule 6.19 and/or Schedule 6.22 shall not be considered an amendment or change to the Credit Agreement and therefore will not require the signature of the Required Lenders.
