Common use of Information Update Clause in Contracts

Information Update. 25.1. The Cardholder shall notify Shinhan immediately of any changes to the Cardholder's informationas well as any method which they want to use for communication between the Cardholder and Shinhan. The Cardholder shall bear the responsibility for losses due to the delaying of notification or careless notice documents to Shinhan and the according legal effects caused by such delays of Cardholder's notification. 25.2.
