Informing Employees Regarding Drug Testing. All employees will be fully informed, in writing, of the Employer's drug testing policy before testing is administered. Employees will be provided with information concerning the impact of the use of drugs on the job performance. In addition, the Employer will inform the employees of how the tests are conducted, how will the tests perform, when the test will be conducted, what the test can determine, and the consequences of testing positive for drug/alcohol use. All newly hired employees will be provided with this information on their initial date of hire. No employee shall be tested until this information is provided to them.
