Infrastructure Capacity Clause Samples

The infrastructure-capacity clause defines the minimum or required level of infrastructure resources—such as bandwidth, storage, or processing power—that must be available to support the services or operations under the agreement. In practice, this clause may specify technical benchmarks or thresholds that the provider must maintain, and can outline procedures for monitoring and reporting capacity levels. Its core function is to ensure that the infrastructure supporting the contract is sufficient to meet performance expectations, thereby reducing the risk of service disruptions or failures due to inadequate resources.
